Conference price is $250 USD per person (double occupancy) or $300 USD per person (single occupancy). This includes 3 nights at the hotel (Wednesday, October 9; Thursday, October 10; and Friday, October 11.) Check-out is Saturday October 12. All meals are included beginning with dinner on Wednesday through breakfast on Saturday.

Travel Information

If you are traveling by plane, please provide the following information. If you do not yet know your flight details, please see your confirmation email with information as to how you must update your registration form once you have booked your flight(s).

Airport shuttle: If you plan to go directly to the conference hotel upon arrival at Chiang Mai International airport, you will have airport pickup with transport to the conference at no additional cost. There will be SAM personnel at awaiting your arrival at the terminal as you leave baggage claim, holding signs: "CBGlobal 2019". Please be looking for them.

SAM must have full arrival and departure information no later than September 21st, 2019 to guarantee this service.
